G. Manoli Loupassi is a former state prosecutor in the Metropolitan Richmond Area including Hanover County, Henrico County, Chesterfield County and the City of Richmond, Virginia.

He was recently recognized by his peers in Virginia Business Magazine's "Legal Elite" for his practice in the area of criminal and traffic defense.

Manoli has handled both criminal and traffic cases throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Richmond City Council and currently Vice-Mayor.
